Information for stallholders

The Bundanoon Makers Market is held on the first and third Sundays of the month from 8:30 am to 2 pm. (There are no markets in January.) This fabulously friendly community market is held at Bundanoon Public School.

If you draw, paint, knit, sculpt, sew, work with clay or silver, turn word or beat iron, we would love you to come along and showcase your wares. We also take applications from food and drink merchants, people selling antiques, collectibles and quality pre-loved items, and those who would like to promote their home-based businesses.

Apply for a stall

We will be in contact shortly after you apply with further information and instructions on how to pay for your stall.

If you have already been accepted and have an invitation code you can pay for your stall space here

Terms and Conditions

The market is on in all weather, however if the conditions are severe and dangerous the market will be cancelled.

Stallholder cancellations

All cancellations are to be made no later than the Sunday two weeks prior to the market, i.e. 14 days in advance. Stall fees will not be refunded if notification is made after this time.

Set up and Parking

Stalls can set up from 6.30 ready for trade at 8.30 am. Please park close to the school to unload your goods. But before you begin setting up, please remove your car and park at least 500 m from the school.

Remember: If someone cannot find a convenient place to park, we all lose that customer.

Once you have parked your vehicle, then you may set up your stall. Please do not start to set up until you have moved your car. This allows other stallholders to park and unload without a long waiting period.

Table coverings and presentation

Please make sure all table coverings reach the floor to ensure any boxes etc. are hidden from view. Please give thought and time to your presentation to represent your goods in a professional manner.

Pack up

All tables and chairs are set up for each stallholder with each market. At the end of the market all stallholders are responsible for the folding and removal of tables into the store cupboard. Please ensure you remove all rubbish.

Packaging

Bundanoon is the first plastic water bottle free town in Australia and we are very conscious of continuing to limit the use of all plastics. We would appreciate it if all stalls could please use alternative bags, wrapping and serving materials if possible.
